Szelazo+SR,is a dietary supplement with a high content iron Fe 2 +, vitamin C, B 6 , B 12 and folic acid. Sustained - release capsules – contain micropellets that release chelated iron and vitamins in a sustained manner (SR).

• Vitamin C participates in many metabolic processes and facilitates the absorption of iron.

• Iron, folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 are essential for the proper functioning of the hematopoietic system.

• B vitamins also play an important role in the functioning of the nervous system.

Women planning a pregnancy and pregnant women should ensure an adequate folate intake. Taking folic acid reduces the risk of neural tube defects. Furthermore, folate deficiency can manifest as megaloblastic anemia, nervous system dysfunction, weakness, and other disorders. However, the absorption of individual folic acid derivatives varies, and individual differences may also occur.

Indications

This product supplements the diet with iron and selected vitamins. This dietary supplement is especially recommended for individuals with increased iron needs, including women in the second or third trimester of pregnancy, breastfeeding women, women around menstruation, individuals undergoing intense physical activity, and blood donors.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 extended-release capsule daily.

The capsules should be taken after a meal with water.

Ingredients: Bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, iron chelate (iron bisglycinate Fe2+), capsule shell ingredient – gelatin, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), thickening agent – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glazing agent – shellac, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid – pteroylmonoglutamic acid, antioxidant – TBHQ E319, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
